Abby Bishop, Public Outreach Coordinator for the North Carolina Conservation Network

Abby Bishop (2013) worked for the staff of the North Carolina Conservation Network from 2014-2016 as their Public Outreach Organizer. Through this role she coordinated on-the-ground efforts to organize environmental activists and leaders on key local campaigns as well as on top environmental issues facing our state such as coal ash, fracking, and offshore oil drilling. She also worked with emerging local leaders who are trying to create positive change in their local communities by serving on advisory board & commissions. Physical Location

The Department of Anthropology is located in Anne Belk Hall. The administrative office is located in Room 342 and all of the faculty offices, classrooms, and labs are located on the 3rd floor.
